Job Description
- Handle incoming calls and address customer queries.
- Highlight technical issues to the technical team and follow up on resolutions.
- Forward demo requests to the onboarding team.
- Manage sales calls: handle unassigned calls and forward assigned ones.
- Report technical issues via WhatsApp and Linear, ensuring timely follow-ups with both the technical team and users.
- Create weekly progress reports on issue resolutions every Saturday.
