Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UPS Technician for our Raipur location. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and power electronics, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain UPS systems (Online/Offline UPS).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot UPS faults, battery issues, and power-related problems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
• Handle battery testing, replacement, and backup calculations.
• Respond to breakdown calls and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and job cards.
• Coordinate with customers and provide technical support on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
• Support AMC and warranty-related service activities.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of UPS systems, inverters, SMPS, rectifiers, and power electronics.
• Good understanding of electrical wiring, control circuits, and battery banks (SMF, Tubular, Lithium – if applicable).
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
• Hands-on experience with tools and testing instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.).
• Good problem-solving and fault-analysis skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a UPS Technician or similar role.
• Experience in field service and customer handling will be an advantage.
