Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Assembly: Assist with mixing, kneading, shaping dough, and operating machinery such as ovens, dividers, and moulders.

Hygiene & Sanitation (Crucial): Clean, sanitize, and maintain all baking tools, utensils, machinery, storage areas, and floor surfaces to meet food safety legislation.

Inventory & Material Handling: Receive, unload, check, and organize stock (flour, ingredients, packaging). Restock production lines with raw materials and manage FIFO (First-In, First-Out) of ingredients.

Packaging & Final Product: Assist with cooling, slicing, and packing of bread products. Ensure finished products are moved to designated storage or dispatch areas.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE and using machinery safely.

Quality Control: Monitor products for quality, reporting any issues, inconsistencies, or malfunctions in equipment to Team Leaders. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift, bend, and move heavy items (often up to 40-50 lbs).

Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring ingredients and monitoring product quality.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced production team.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of food handling, hygiene standards (HACCP), and safety practices.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

उत्पादन सहायता एवं संयोजन: आटे को मिलाने, गूंधने, आकार देने और ओवन, डिवाइडर और मोल्डर जैसी मशीनों को चलाने में सहायता करें।

स्वच्छता एवं सफाई (अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण): खाद्य सुरक्षा संबंधी कानूनों का पालन करने के लिए बेकिंग के सभी उपकरण, बर्तन, मशीनरी, भंडारण क्षेत्र और फर्श की सतहों को साफ, कीटाणुरहित और रखरखाव करें।

इन्वेंट्री और सामग्री प्रबंधन: स्टॉक (आटा, सामग्री, पैकेजिंग) प्राप्त करना, उतारना, जांचना और व्यवस्थित करना। उत्पादन लाइनों में कच्चे माल की पुनः आपूर्ति करना और सामग्री के लिए FIFO (फर्स्ट-इन, फर्स्ट-आउट) प्रणाली का प्रबंधन करना।

पैकेजिंग एवं अंतिम उत्पाद: ब्रेड उत्पादों को ठंडा करने, काटने और पैक करने में सहायता करें। सुनिश्चित करें कि तैयार उत्पादों को निर्धारित भंडारण या वितरण क्षेत्रों में पहुंचाया जाए।

सुरक्षा अनुपालन: सभी स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करें, जिसमें उचित व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा उपकरण पहनना और मशीनरी का सुरक्षित रूप से उपयोग करना शामिल है।

गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण: उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता की निगरानी करें और टीम लीडर को उपकरणों में किसी भी समस्या, विसंगति या खराबी की रिपोर्ट करें। 

आवश्यक कौशल और योग्यताएँ

शारीरिक सहनशक्ति: लंबे समय तक खड़े रहने, भारी वस्तुओं को उठाने, झुकने और स्थानांतरित करने की क्षमता।

बारीकियों पर ध्यान देना: सामग्री की सटीक माप और उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता की निगरानी करना।

टीमवर्क: तीव्र गति वाली उत्पादन टीम के भीतर प्रभावी ढंग से काम करने की क्षमता।

ज्ञान: खाद्य पदार्थों के प्रबंधन, स्वच्छता मानकों (एचएसीसीपी) और सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं की बुनियादी समझ।

लचीलापन: सुबह जल्दी, रात में, सप्ताहांत में और छुट्टियों में सहित शिफ्टों में काम करने की तत्परता।
