Job Description
Job Title: Restaurant Steward/Captain
Age Requirement: 18 to 30 years only
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff
- Oversee table settings and ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages as required
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and ongoing promotions
- Monitor inventory of dining supplies and assist in restocking as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times
