• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand hiring requirements from department heads
• Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and career pages
• Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews with technical/department heads
• Coordinate interview processes and feedback
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Handle offer letters and joining formalities
• Support onboarding and induction process
• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout hiring process
• ✅ Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and job portals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidate suitability
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
