Jewellery Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the store team to achieve business targets in a lab grown diamond jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and staff scheduling
• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Handle inventory management, stock control, and billing accuracy
• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team
• Maintain store presentation, displays, and brand standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery retail
• Knowledge of lab grown diamonds and jewellery products
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude
