Logistics Coordinator

Plan and coordinate dispatch of fabricated materials (steel structures, beams, columns, plates, etc.)

Coordinate with production and store department

Ensure proper loading, unloading, and material safety

Prepare and verify dispatch documents (Invoice, LR, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan)

Manage inward logistics of raw materials (steel, plates, angles, pipes)

Maintain logistics records, dispatch register, and MIS reports

• Knowledge of fabrication materials and heavy logistics
• Understanding of truck types, load limits, and route planning
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP, email)
• Ability to work under production pressure
