Massage Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various spa treatments including massages (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.), body wraps, scrubs, facials, and reflexology.
• Assess guest needs and tailor treatments to suit individual client preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services aligned with spa protocols and brand standards.
• Promote and upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and client preferences.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and spa policies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques.
• Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.

Skills and Competencies:
