MIS Executive

🎯 Role Overview:-

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support operational efficiency, decision-making, and reporting accuracy.

This role involves maintaining databases, generating performance reports, and ensuring timely and error-free data flow across departments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:-

• Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Compile data from various departments (sales, events, finance) into structured formats
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting metrics

• System Operations

• Manage internal software tools and databases used for bookings, inventory, and guest management
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support when needed
• Ensure data security and backup protocols are followed

• Analysis & Insights

• Analyze trends and performance indicators to support strategic decisions
• Prepare dashboards and visual reports for management review
• Highlight anomalies or operational inefficiencies based on data

• Coordination & Documentation

• Liaise with departments to gather required inputs for reports
• Maintain documentation of SOPs, data logs, and audit trails
• Support compliance and audit processes with accurate data records

• ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS or data management (hospitality/event industry preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Advance Excel , Dashboard creation and MIS tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
