A Retail Picker is responsible for accurately selecting products from retail or warehouse inventory based on customer orders, preparing them for packing or delivery, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently and correctly. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, teamwork, and basic inventory handling skills

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from shelves or racks according to the order/pick list.
• Use handheld scanners or inventory systems to scan and record items selected.
• Check item quality, expiry dates (if applicable), and ensure picked products match order specifications.
• Stage picked items for packing, shipping, delivery, or customer collection.
• Replenish stock or notify supervisors of low inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or stock issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory organization when needed.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items for long periods
• Teamwork and communication skills.
