The Integrated Plant Head is responsible for overall leadership, operation, coordination, and performance of the entire integrated steel plant, including Structure Mill, Light Structure Mill, Wire Rod Mill (WRM), Steel Melting Shop (SMS), Power Plant, and DRI. The role ensures safe, cost-effective, high-quality, and timely production while driving continuous improvement and profitability.
