Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to manage and monitor internal business processes and ensure timely execution of tasks across departments. The role involves tracking activities in the FMS (Follow-up Management System), monitoring delays, and coordinating with teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
The position also requires regular follow-ups with the sales team regarding lead status, updates, and conversions to ensure proper tracking and timely response.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good coordination abilities, and hands-on experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily tasks and activities across departments through the FMS system
- Track multiple FMS entries and identify delays in task completion
- Follow up with responsible team members to ensure tasks are completed within timelines
- Escalate delays or unresolved tasks to management when required
- Follow up with the sales team regarding lead status, updates, and conversions
- Maintain proper tracking of sales leads and follow-up activities
- Maintain and update operational data using MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on task completion, pending tasks, and lead status
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational processes
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency
- Support creation and maintenance of process documentation and SOPs
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in process coordination, operations tracking, or a similar role
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, data tracking, reporting)
- Ability to track multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of coordination experience are welcome).
- Female candidates preferred.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with task tracking or FMS systems
- Experience in sales lead tracking or CRM coordination
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments simultaneously
Role Overview
- Location: Opposite Bank of Baroda, Santoshi Nagar, Raipur.
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM.
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month.
