Quality Assurance Engineer

Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated components and assemblies.

Ensure all products meet drawing specifications, welding standards, and customer requirements.

Maintain inspection records and reports (e.g., dimension reports, welding visual inspection, NDT results)

Prepare and maintain quality assurance documents (Inspection Reports, NCRs, Calibration records, WPS/PQR, etc.).

Ensure all documents comply with ISO/ASME standards or client specifications.

Update inspection checklists and control plans regularly

Monitor critical processes such as welding, cutting, bending, painting, and assembly.

Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and rejection rates.
