Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Job Summary:We are looking for a presentable and confident Receptionist cum Telecaller who can manage front desk responsibilities while supporting marketing and lead-generation activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.

• Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Reception Duties:Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department
• Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
• Manage appointment scheduling and basic office coordination
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
• Telecalling & Marketing Activities:Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers for promotions and follow-ups
• Handle inbound inquiry calls and provide correct information about services/products
