Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor who can manage day-to-day site activities, supervise labor work, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with engineers and contractors to complete projects on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily civil construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications
• Manage labor, contractors, and material usage efficiently
• Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and vendors
• Maintain safety standards and site discipline
• Monitor project progress and report daily work status
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of work
• Handle site measurements and basic documentation
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of civil construction work
• Ability to read drawings and plans
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Knowledge of safety norms and site procedures
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting (preferred)
• Problem-solving and coordination skills
