The Store Manager ensures smooth daily functioning, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. With a deep understanding of the lighting and home décor segment, the manager drives both retail and project sales by maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and walk-in customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including sales, billing, inventory management, and staff supervision.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

• Ensure premium customer experience through effective store presentation and personalized service.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project clients for lighting requirements and BOQ preparation.

• Maintain strong vendor and logistics coordination for timely delivery and installation.
