Technical Support Executive

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who can handle customer queries, technical troubleshooting, and product support from home. The ideal candidate should have experience in the education sector or accounts/finance sector, with good communication skills and basic technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Resolve issues related to software login, student data, fee management, billing, or report generation.
• Guide clients step-by-step to use the software or services properly.
• Maintain records of support calls and update CRM/log sheets.
• Handle installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of the company's software.
• Coordinate with the technical team for advanced issues.
• Provide training/demos to school/college staff or accounts team if required.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries with a professional approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• Experience in education sector or accounts field preferred.
• Good understanding of billing, fee structure, accounting basics, or school management operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, Excel, and internet troubleshooting.
• Comfortable handling calls and providing remote support.
