- Handle incoming & outgoing customer calls
- Assist customers with orders, queries & complaints
- Provide accurate information about Swiggy services
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Ensure customer satisfaction
⏰ Working Hours:
- Full Time: 8–9 hours/day
- Part Time: Flexible shifts available
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
