Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and articulate Telecaller to connect with potential and existing clients. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and strong numerical ability to explain stock market concepts, calculations, and service benefits clearly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective clients.
• Explain stock market services, trading software, and training programs.
• Clearly describe profit/loss calculations, margins, percentage returns, and basic trading mathematics.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
• Convert leads into enrollments or sales.

Required Skills:-

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Presentable personality with professional etiquette.
• Persuasive and target-oriented mindset.
• Good listening and objection-handling skills.

Educational Qualification:-

• Preferred: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Finance background preferred)
