Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Telecaller Cum Computer Operator who can handle customer calls efficiently while also managing basic computer-related tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:Telecalling Duties:
- Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or feedback
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Explain products/services and generate leads
- Maintain call records and update customer databases
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet, email handling)
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Customer handling skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
