Account Executive (Accounting)

We are urgently required one Accountant and one Account Executive/Tally Operator for our Tata Motors (Automobile) Dealership, at Tatibandh, Raipur

Preferred from Automobile industries.

Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. This includes tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and managing budgets. The Accountant also works closely with other departments, providing financial information and support to aid in decision-making and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
• Conducting financial analysis and reporting
• Completing and filing tax returns
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Providing support for audits
• Keeping abreast of changes in accounting and tax regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information and support
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency

Key skills

• Familiar with the GAAP, or the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Tax computation of corporate & non-corporate assesses, filing of income tax returns, direct and indirect taxation, estimated tax payments, T.D.S and T.C.S.
• Well versed in Tally Prime Gold and Advance Excel or Google Spreadsheet

Education:

• B.Com/M.Com Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CA Intern or Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA) will be preferred
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in accounting (Having experience in a Chartered Accountant Firm will be preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
