​Position Summary​We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced TallyPrime Operator / Junior Accountant to manage and maintain our daily accounting records. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and be highly proficient in all core functionalities of TallyPrime.

​Key Responsibilities​The TallyPrime Operator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• ​Data Entry & Management:​Accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and contra entries using TallyPrime.
• ​Voucher preparation and authorization.
• ​Maintaining the General Ledger, Subsidiary Ledgers, and Cash/Bank Books.

• ​Inventory & Fixed Assets:​Managing inventory records, including stock transfers, adjustments, and reconciliation.
• ​Maintaining and updating the Fixed Assets register.

• ​Reconciliation & Reporting:​Performing timely Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and Debtor/Creditor reconciliation.
• ​Generating standard reports such as Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, and Balance Sheet for management review.
• ​Taxation & Compliance (Specific Modules):​Handling basic GST compliance, including recording of GST-related transactions and generating GST reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) for review.
• ​Processing and tracking TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) entries where applicable.
• ​Document Management:​Ensuring systematic filing and archiving of all supporting documents (invoices, receipts, bank statements).
• ​Qualifications & Skills Required​Education: A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field is preferred.
• ​Software Proficiency (Must-Have):​Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience operating TallyPrime (or Tally ERP 9).
• ​Deep familiarity with core Tally modules: Accounting, Inventory, and Payroll (if applicable).
• ​Experience with Tally features such as multi-currency, cost centres, and budget management is a plus.
• ​Accounting Knowledge:​Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping, and finalization of accounts.
• ​Attention to Detail:​Exceptional accuracy in data entry and a keen eye for identifying discrepancies.
• ​Technical Skills:​Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and import/export tasks.
