Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in a hospital setup. The candidate will be responsible for billing reconciliation, vendor payments, patient account management, statutory compliance, and financial record maintenance while ensuring accuracy and adherence to healthcare financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Verify and reconcile patient accounts, insurance claims, and TPA settlements.

Handle vendor invoices, payment processing, and ledger reconciliation.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking.

Prepare GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records.

Support internal and external audits.

Coordinate with billing, front office, and procurement departments.

Generate financial MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / Hospital Management Software.

Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle confidential financial data.
