Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data and present insights to management for decision-making.
• Manage petty cash handing.
• Expenses entry
• Purchase, Sales entry in Tally, Excel
• Entry bill and E invoice
• Party statement maintenance
• Stock purchase maintain in Excel, Tally
• Accounts check list making
• Daily file maintaining
• accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Support external and internal audit processes.
• Monitor and improve accounting systems, controls, and procedures.
