Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Advocate / Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience to handle legal drafting, documentation, and correspondence related to real estate matters. The candidate should have good typing speed in Hindi and English, strong drafting skills, and knowledge of legal documentation and agreement preparation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review agreements related to real estate transactions (Sale Agreement, Lease Agreement, MOU, etc.).
• Prepare legal notices, letters, and replies.
• Handle legal documentation and record management.
• Draft legal correspondence in Hindi and English.
• Assist in property-related due diligence and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding legal compliance and documentation.
• Review and prepare legal letters, responses, and revert communications.
• Maintain proper legal files and documentation records.
• Required SkillsStrong legal drafting and documentation skills.
• Experience in real estate agreements and legal paperwork.
• Good typing speed in Hindi and English.
• Knowledge of property laws and documentation processes.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to review and prepare legal letters and responses.
• QualificationsLLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Advocate / Legal Associate.
• Experience in real estate legal work preferred.
• Enrolled with Bar Council.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in property registration documentation.
• Familiarity with local property laws and compliance.
