📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can plan, design, and oversee building projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• :Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layouts as per client requirements
• Prepare drawings, plans, 3D views, and presentations
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and revisions
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency and sustainability
• Handle client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs
• 🎓 Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Registration with Council of Architecture (COA) preferred
• 🧠 Skills Required:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion (or similar tools)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
