Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Area Sales Manager for the Chhattisgarh (Raipur) region. This is a field-based sales role involving market development, dealer management, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop sales operations in the Chhattisgarh region
• Identify new dealers, distributors, and business opportunities
• Promote solar products and EPC services
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct field visits, meetings, and product presentations
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
• Collect market feedback and report to management
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Candidate RequirementsMale candidate required
• Field sales experience preferred (solar / electrical / construction / tiles / sanitaryware industry is an advantage)
• Smart, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel extensively within the region
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
