Job Summary: An Assistant Nurse supports registered nurses and medical staff in providing basic patient care, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring patient comfort. The role involves assisting in daily clinical activities and helping in smooth healthcare operations.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist nurses and doctors in patient care and treatment procedures
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.)
• Help patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of patients and the hospital environment
• Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and instruments
• Assist in dressing wounds and basic medical procedures
• Transport patients within the facility when required
• Maintain patient records and reports accurately
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
• Required Qualifications: ANM / GNM / Nursing Assistant Certification from a recognized institute
• Basic knowledge of medical procedures and patient care
• Registration with the Nursing Council (if applicable)
• Skills & Competencies: Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of healthcare equipment
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience:0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
• Experience in hospitals/clinics preferred
• Working Conditions: Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Handling emergencies when required
