Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location: Shastri Market / MG Road – Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Reporting To: Manager

Job Purpose

To support the Manager in daily operations, team handling, and business performance by ensuring smooth workflow, target achievement, and strong coordination between team and management.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Operations Handling
• Support Manager in day-to-day business operations
• Ensure tasks are completed on time
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Handle operational and administrative issues

Team Management: -

• Allocate work and monitor performance
• Motivate team to achieve targets
• Handle attendance, discipline, and basic HR coordination
• Train and guide new joiners

Sales & Business Support: -

• Support in achieving sales and service targets
• Handle key customers and critical situations
• Assist in promotions and business development
• Coordination
• Act as a bridge between staff and management
• Coordinate with other departments
• Ensure company policies and process are followed

Skills Required: -

• Leadership and team-handling skills
• Strong communication and decision-making
• Planning and execution mindset
• Basic computer and reporting knowledge
• Professional and accountable attitude

Qualification: -

• Graduate or Postgraduate
• BBA in Sales / Marketing / Management
• MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business Management

Experience: -

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales
• Experience in Electrical field will be preferred
