Associate Manager - Admin

Responsibilities

Office Management & Operations

  • Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Maintain office infrastructure, supplies, and equipment.
  • Implement and monitor office policies, procedures, and systems for operational efficiency.

Staff Supervision & Support

  • Lead and mentor junior administrative staff.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to timelines.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR and financial regulations.
  • Manage records, databases, and documentation for easy retrieval and audit readiness.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Assist in preparing and monitoring administrative budgets.
  • Optimize resource utilization and cost control measures.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for administrative requirements.
  • Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

  • Address and resolve complex administrative queries and operational challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.
