AUTOCAD AND BILLING ENGINEER

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD & Billing Engineer responsible for preparing detailed drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and handling project billing activities. The candidate should be well-versed in AutoCAD drafting and civil construction billing processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesA. AutoCAD & DrawingPrepare and modify AutoCAD drawings (Civil, Architectural, Structural).
• Develop working drawings, layout plans, sections, and elevations.
• Coordinate with site engineers for drawing clarifications and revisions.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure version control.
• B. Billing & Quantity SurveyingPrepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Handle RA Bills, Final Bills, and subcontractor billing.
• Prepare client billing as per contract terms.
• Verify contractor bills with actual site measurements.
• Maintain billing reports and documentation.
• C. Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with site, purchase, and accounts departments.
• Track project progress for accurate billing.
• Assist in cost estimation and budget monitoring.
• Ensure billing compliance with project specifications.
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting & billing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and methods.
• Understanding of BOQ, measurement sheets, and billing formats.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
