Job Description
Resolve escalated technical issues from L1 support within defined SLAs
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, application, and network issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory, email, VPN)
Support Windows/Linux/macOS environments
Monitor systems, logs, and alerts to proactively identify issues
Coordinate with L3 teams, vendors, and service providers when required
Document solutions, procedures, and known errors in the knowledge base
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and rollouts
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
