Job Summary:

We are looking for a Back Office Executive who is proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and capable of handling tender-related work. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation skills, good communication abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage documents using MS Word and MS Excel efficiently.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, letters, and official documents.

Handle tender documentation, including downloading, filling, compiling, and submitting tender files.

Coordinate with clients and internal departments for required information.

Maintain accurate records of tenders, submissions, and follow-ups.

Perform data entry, updating databases, and managing back-office operations.

Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and support the management team.

Ensure all documents are error-free and submitted within deadlines.

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel (formatting, formulas, data management).

Basic knowledge of tender processes and documentation.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication skills (written & verbal).

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in back-office or documentation roles (preferred).
