Barista

Job Overview :

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, well-groomed, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages as per standard recipes
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently
• Take customer orders accurately and handle billing/cash counter (if required)
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic complaints politely
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the café
