Business Development Associate

Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Industry: Recruitment / Staffing (Non-IT focus)

Employment Type: Full-time

🎯 Key Responsibilities :-

Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment services across HR, operations, admin, and management roles.

Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms (LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Justdial).

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with internal recruiters to deliver suitable candidates.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.

Maintain CRM records, prepare proposals, and track sales performance.

Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.

🛠️ Required Skills :-

Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).

Lead generation, client acquisition, and consultative selling.

Negotiation and relationship management.

Knowledge of recruitment cycle and HR compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot), and LinkedIn outreach.

Analytical ability to benchmark platforms and track ROI.

Resilience and motivation in a target-driven environment.

🎓 Qualifications :-

Preferred: BBA/MBA (Marketing/HR), B.Com/M.Com.

Open to: Any graduate with strong sales, communication, and HR/recruitment knowledge.
