Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking, and local market activities

• Sell life, health, general, or corporate insurance products as per company focus

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and channel partners

• Conduct meetings, explain insurance products, and close sales deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and post-sales support

• Keep updated with insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines
