Client Acquisition & Market CoverageConduct daily field visits within assigned territoryIdentify new lanes, routes, and service opportunitiesOnboard clients with proper documentation and KYCExpand customer base in assigned pincodes / locations3. Key Account ManagementMaintain relationships with existing customersEnsure repeat business and increased shipment volumesAddress customer queries related to rates, services, and operationsCoordinate with operations team for smooth pickups and deliveries4. Pricing & Commercial CoordinationExplain company rates, services, and TATs clearly to customersNegotiate commercials within approved limitsEnsure correct rate approval and documentation before onboardingAvoid unapproved discounts or commitments5. Coordination with OperationsCoordinate with hub/branch team for pickup planningEnsure proper handover of shipment detailsMonitor first few shipments of new customersSupport resolution of delivery or service issues6. Reporting & MISSubmit daily activity report (DAR)Share weekly and monthly sales reportsTrack leads, conversions, active clients, and revenueMaintain accurate customer and billing data7.
