Business Development GM

We are looking for a highly independent and driven Business Development GM who can take full ownership of sales growth and customer development. This role is ideal for someone with Growth driven mindset, responsible, and capable of building business with minimal supervision.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and expand customer base across target industries
• Take complete ownership of individual sales targets and revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Strategize and execute market expansion plans independently
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for solution delivery
