Job Description
- Conducting field visits to prospective and existing clients.
- Promoting and selling general insurance products.
- Assisting clients with policy renewals.
- Supporting customers in the claims process.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Reporting daily activities and performance metrics.
- Overseeing the field operations and supporting executives.
- Reviewing field performance and providing feedback.
- Managing escalations and complex client cases.
- Assist clients in understanding the claims process and documentation required.
- Collect necessary documents from the client and ensure they are accurately completed.
- Provide status updates to the client on their claims as required.
- Summarize the key points discussed during the visit.
- Confirm any next steps, such as follow-up visits or additional documentation required.
- Thank the client for their time and ensure they have your contact information for any further questions.
