Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Raipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing business growth strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying expansion opportunities. Additional responsibilities include overseeing team performance, conducting market analysis, creating business proposals, and representing the company in meetings or events to drive overall growth and revenue targets.

Qualifications

Strong business development experience, including lead generation, relationship building, and client retention

Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy development, and identifying opportunities for business growth

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and result-oriented approach

Proven ability to manage teams effectively and drive performance to achieve targets

Prior experience in the education, training, or aviation sector is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work under minimal supervision and maintain a customer-focused approach
