Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who has knowledge of Welding Electrodes and industrial sales. Freshers with the right technical understanding or candidates with experience in the welding electrodes industry are welcome to apply.

• ResponsibilitiesIdentify and meet potential customers for welding electrodes and related products.
• Promote products to fabrication companies, manufacturing units, and industrial clients.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable welding electrodes.
• Prepare quotations, handle basic negotiations, and support order follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, pricing, and customer support.
• Maintain daily sales reports and assist in achieving monthly targets.
• RequirementsBE / B.Tech (preferred) or any technical degree/diploma.
• Knowledge of welding electrodes and basic welding processes is required.
• Good communication and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Freshers with technical understanding can apply.
