About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent service standards, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in reputed food chains or cafes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end cafe operations (staff, inventory, customer service)
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability
• Train and supervise staff to maintain service excellence
• Coordinate with vendors and manage stock levels
• Implement marketing activities and local promotions to increase footfall

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cafe/restaurant management
• Preferred experience in reputed brands like Haldiram's, McDonald's, or similar QSR/casual dining chains
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and basic English skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
