Job Summary

S K Patodia & Associates LLP is seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Manager – Finance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in audit, internal audit, and taxation compliance, with the ability to handle financial reporting and regulatory filings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct statutory audits and internal audits for clients across different sectors.

• Assist in financial statement preparation and analysis.

• Handle TDS and GST return filing and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to taxation and statutory regulations.

• Coordinate with clients for financial data, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Support senior management in financial planning, reporting, and advisory tasks.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and tax filings.

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in:

• Audit / Internal Audit

• TDS Compliance

• GST Filing

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting standards and taxation laws

• Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and client-handling abilities

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
