Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer – Commercial Project (G+7)

Location: shankar nagar , bhatagaw , Samta Colony , Mandir Hasod,Pandari

Experience: 3–8 Years (Commercial Building Projects Preferred)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and supervise the construction of a G+7 commercial building project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring execution as per design, quality standards, and timelines while maintaining strict compliance with safety and regulatory norms

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site • Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors • Monitor structural work including footing, RCC, columns, beams, slabs, and finishing • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with standards • Prepare and manage project schedules and progress reports • Handle material planning, estimation, and site inventory control • Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues • Manage billing, measurements, and contractor evaluations

Technical Skills Required: • Strong knowledge of RCC structures & commercial construction • Familiarity with IS codes and construction standards • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools • Knowledge of quantity surveying & cost estimation • Understanding of site execution and finishing works

Qualification: • B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Competencies: • Strong leadership & team management • Excellent problem-solving ability • Good communication & coordination skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Experience: • Experience in multi-storey commercial projects (G+5 or above) • Exposure to complete project lifecycle (foundation to finishing)
