Site Supervisor – ConstructionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction sites with a strong focus on application works, labour management, and timely completion of targets. The ideal candidate will come from a civil background and possess practical knowledge of waterproofing, epoxy flooring, and paint application. This role requires excellent team management, time management, and strong coordination skills to ensure smooth execution of site operations.

• Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day activities at the construction site ensuring smooth workflow.
• Monitor and supervise labour teams, ensuring tasks are executed as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with client’s site supervisors and other stakeholders to align work progress.

Execution & Quality Control

• Ensure application works (waterproofing, epoxy flooring, paint application, etc.) are carried out with precision and as per standards.
• Maintain quality control at all stages of work and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
• Monitor progress against set timelines and achieve daily/weekly targets.

Labour & Resource Management

• Manage, guide, and motivate labour teams for optimal performance.
• Arrange necessary resources, tools, and facilities for the workforce to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity among workers.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and share daily reports, progress updates, and analysis with the management.
• Highlight key issues, delays, or risks and suggest solutions.
• Keep track of materials usage and site requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in site supervision (preferably in waterproofing, epoxy flooring, and paint applications).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and site safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, team handling, and time management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
