Key Responsibilities

Content Shooting

• Shoot videos using smartphone camera for reels, shorts, stories, and BTS content

• Capture clean, stable, well-framed footage with attention to light and composition

• Shoot both planned content and spontaneous moments during shoots

• Understand basic video formats required for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos directly on smartphone using apps such as VN, InShot, LumaFusion, or similar

• Add cuts, transitions, music, captions, basic color correction, and text overlays

• Deliver content in platform-ready formats within timelines

• Maintain consistency in style and visual quality

Content Planning & Execution

• Understand content requirements before shoots

• Adapt quickly when shoot schedules or concepts change

• Work closely with the photographer and team to capture relevant moments

• Apply common sense in choosing what is worth shooting and what is not

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in smartphone video shooting and editing

• Comfortable shooting and editing independently on a smartphone

• Good understanding of framing, movement, and storytelling

• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure

• Familiarity with social media content formats and trends

• Punctual and disciplined

• Fast execution, minimal supervision

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

• Willingness to learn and improve continuously

• Comfortable working during shoots where timings may extend
