Cook / Chef

We are looking for a creative and disciplined Continental Chef to lead our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality, nutritious, and delicious vegetarian continental dishes for our gym members, office-going clientele, and "Daily Meals" subscribers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMenu Execution: Prepare a variety of continental dishes including gourmet salads, whole-wheat pastas, high-protein wraps, smoothie bowls, and grilled entrees.
• Meal Prep Management: Oversee the preparation and packaging for our Daily Meals subscription service, ensuring portion control and timely delivery readiness.
• Kitchen Operations: Efficiently use modern kitchen equipment (Air Fryer, Food Processor, Induction, and Griller) to maintain a lean, oil-minimal cooking process.
• Quality Control: Ensure every plate meets our standards for taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
• Inventory & Hygiene: Manage daily stock levels, minimize wastage, and maintain a 5-star standard of kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
• Innovation: Work closely with the owner to develop seasonal specials and "healthy twists" on classic continental favorites.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2–4 years of experience in a Continental kitchen (Cafe or Restaurant).
• Cuisine Knowledge: Deep understanding of Mediterranean, European, and Fusion vegetarian cooking.
• Health Focus: Knowledge of "clean eating" principles (e.g., using low-fat substitutes, complex carbs, and plant-based proteins).
• Efficiency: Ability to work in a compact kitchen environment and handle peak gym hours or morning meal-prep rushes.
• Communication: Basic English/Hindi to coordinate with the team and occasionally interact with health-conscious customers.
