We are looking for an energetic and health-conscious Continental Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality, nutritious, vegetarian continental dishes for our gym-based cafe and meal subscription service. As we use modern equipment like air fryers and grillers to maintain health standards, a willingness to learn healthy cooking techniques is essential.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMenu Execution: Prepare continental veg dishes including salads, protein bowls, grilled sandwiches, whole-wheat pastas, and air-fried snacks.
• Meal Prep: Manage daily "mise-en-place" (chopping, sauce preparation, and portioning) for the cafe and our Daily Meals subscription service.
• Healthy Cooking: Strictly follow recipes that prioritize low-oil and high-protein ingredients as per our health-focused brand.
• Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain a 6.2L Air Fryer, Food Processor, Induction, and Griller efficiently.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean workstation and ensure 100% food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Inventory: Assist in tracking daily stock levels and ensuring ingredients are fresh.
• Skills & QualificationsCuisine Knowledge: Basic understanding of Continental/European flavors (Italian, Mediterranean, etc.).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using a food processor and griller; experience with air frying is a huge plus.
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly during gym peak hours and manage "Daily Meal" bulk prep.
• Personal Hygiene: Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and grooming.
• Language: Basic English or Hindi (ability to read recipes and labels).
