Crane Operator

About the Role

Metal Morphosis Limited is looking for an experienced Crane Operator to manage lifting operations at our onsite facility in Chhattisgarh. The candidate should have hands-on experience operating overhead or industrial cranes and must be committed to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate overhead/gantry/industrial cranes safely as per company standards

Lift, move, and place heavy metal components and materials

Conduct daily inspections of crane equipment and report issues

Follow all safety protocols.

Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams

Maintain operation logs and load records

Assist maintenance team in basic equipment checks

कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार ओवरहेड/गैंट्री/औद्योगिक क्रेन को सुरक्षित रूप से संचालित करना

भारी धातु के कम्पोनेंट्स और सामग्री को उठाना, स्थानांतरित करना और निर्धारित जगह पर रखना

क्रेन उपकरणों का दैनिक निरीक्षण करना और किसी भी समस्या की रिपोर्ट करना

सभी सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करना

उत्पादन और वेयरहाउस टीमों के साथ समन्वय करना

संचालन लॉग और लोड रिकॉर्ड को बनाए रखना

मेंटेनेंस टीम की बुनियादी उपकरण जांच में सहायता करना

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as a Crane Operator

Ability to read load charts and handle cranes confidently

Knowledge of industrial safety standards

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physically fit and able to work in an onsite industrial environment
