Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer data in the CRM system regularly.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads, clients, and prospects.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate CRM reports and share insights with the management team.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for customer-related activities.
  • Assist in customer onboarding and ensure a smooth process.
  • Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to retention strategies.
  • Execute CRM campaigns such as feedback collection, reminders, and promotions.
  • Identify gaps in the customer journey and suggest improvements.
