Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system regularly.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads, clients, and prospects.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Generate CRM reports and share insights with the management team.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for customer-related activities.

- Identify gaps in the customer journey and suggest improvements.
